Instructions
Rehydrate in 5â10Ă its weight of clean water or low-strength wort at 22â30 °C for 7â15 minutes. Stir gently, rest for another 10â15 minutes, then pitch into the fermenter at 28â32 °C. Typical fermentation completes in 3â7 days depending on substrate and gravity.
