Brewtools | FCS Radar Level Sensor | 34mm T.C.

  • Precision Cone Measurement: High-accuracy radar technology tracks volume all the way down to the tank cone, eliminating guesswork during filling or packaging.
  • Rapid Calibration: Simplified setup process allows you to configure volume and dimensions quickly using a basic water-fill reference.
  • Direct-Mount Reliability: Optimized for vertical flange installation to ensure a clear signal path and maximum measurement stability.

Radar based level sensor for FCS

The days of guessing tank the volume during filling or kegging/bottling is over. Radar based level sensor designed to measure the tank volume down to the cone in a fermentation tank.

The sensor is configured by setting the volume, tank diameter and distance to the cone. It's easily done by filling water in the tank to the top of the cone.

The sensor must be installed on a vertical flange on the top of the tank, ideally on a single port welded on the curved top surface. Avoid using tees/pipes between the sensor and the tank.

Specifications:

  • Measuring distance: 0-3m / 0-9.8 ft. (Preliminary)
  • Flange: TC34mm. Ø19mm minimum
  • Connector: LP12 5-pin (CAN bus + 24V)

Note: During fermentation the krausen/foam will give incorrect values. Cooling spirals etc inside the tank may give incorrect readings.
